Our first initiative is centered around further education, practical work experience and giving knowledge with an end goal of creating job opportunities or filling gaps in the market all while keeping with in the tourism sector
Drawing interns in and sharing our passion and knowledge with them.

The second stage aims to launch information bureau's, offices and learning centers scattered through out Hout Bay which will be known as Hout Bay Tourism Hubs

These tourism Hubs are intended to teach travel and tourism students the practicality of working with in the travel and tourism industry by means of providing them with the hands on experience required to run a tourism related business, while also providing a space for tourists to gain knowledge and information on Hout Bay and its surrounds., This information will be presented to visitors to Hout Bay by our students and advice given to travelers and tourists will be based on experience rather than commission. What this means is that our Students will be presented with opportunities through out their allotted time period with us to partake in tourist related activities such as shark cage diving, wine tasting and marine eco tours to name a few and will be able to advise a tourist and book an activity based on their experience and not on which operator pays the most commission. By doing this tourists and visitors are able to take comfort in knowing they are receiving a personal recommendation based on experience and then when that activity is booked it is being booked between two people or organisations that have developed a connection and relationship.
Our initiative allows our interns to gain much needed practical experience in customer service, sales and the admin fields within a tourism operation and by having more than one tourism hub throughout Hout Bay we will be able to diversify relationships between the three prominent demographics and cultural backgrounds of Hout Bay as students will have a chance to rotate between hubs that are stationed throughout the three key areas in Hout Bay.

The final stage of the plan is to incorporate a shared working space into every hub where by operators and guides who may not have the resources available are able to visit the hub and use it as an "office" thereby furthering the opportunity for students to build relationships with operators and operators with students ..
